Servicing clients in the Berks, Lancaster, Montgomery, and Schuylkill County real estate markets, building lasting relationships with a great many buyers and sellers, many who I now call my personal friends, and who with  their recommendations to others, have resulted in repeat and referral business that keeps me productive and successful.

I grew up in Laureldale, Pa., and graduated from Muhlenberg High School.    Immediately  pursuing a career in real estate, I have held positions as Regional Manager, Property Manager, and Marketing Director of Sales and Leasing, for major corporate companies in the management of multi-family communities and homes throughout the Berks-Philadelphia and New Jersey Region.  Years of extensive marketing, customer relations and sales, has prepared me for what I continue to do today- sell homes.

Listing and Selling Single Family Homes – Residential homes are a very special class, and my passion.  My services connect buyers with sellers every day.  Specializing in home staging and marketing for quick sale,   I do it with uncompromised professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. My technique is unique, as I have a very different approach to getting your home sold quickly.  I am the best at it, as I have a proven and specific method in preparing a home for sale, marketing it, and selling it.  This property class is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise. 

Helping Buyers Find Their Next Home- Whether you are a first time home buyer, Empty Nester, Upscaling or downsizing, this is one of the most exciting, but stressful times in your life. You deserve to be heard, and appreciated. I have built my career on helping people make this an easy and enjoyable transition. I work with experienced Lenders who offer many different mortgage programs.  First Time Home Buyers programs, especially, are constantly changing.  I make it my business to stay on top of the most current programs and Grants available, and what is needed to qualify.  Choosing the right lender will not only ensure that you will get to the settlement table on time, but it could potentially also save you thousands of dollars.  Moving into a new home should be a happy and memorable experience.  This is what I live for.

Condominiums – Although condominiums and home owners associations are residential, they’re a very different market category.  Having over twenty five years of experience, I am an expert in evaluating condos and HOA’s and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.

Multi–family – Investors are wonderful to work with. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are where I began.  I am always eager to share my extensive knowledge of how to build and manage a portfolio for investment.

FLIPPING HOMES- There is an art to choosing the right home to flip.  Although bank owned and short sales are sometimes worth the look, there are many homes currently on the market that are in perfect position to be flipped.  Identifying and researching these homes is second nature to me.
